<p>The DATEV SmartLogin is a secure and intuitive key to access your confidential data in the DATEV Online world. It offers a simple login process by scanning the QR code with your SmartLogin App. Protecting your SmartLogin App with a password adds an extra layer of security against unauthorized use.</p>

<p>It is important to note that using the DATEV SmartLogin App on a jailbroken iOS device is prohibited.</p>

<h2>Important Guidelines:</h2>
<p>To prevent any attempted fraud or phishing, please take note of the following:</p>

<ul>
  <li>Only enter your password within the DATEV SmartLogin App on your smartphone. DATEV will never ask you to enter your password elsewhere, such as on websites or in emails.</li>
  
  <li>Ensure that the browser on your PC screen displays the correct webpage for logging into the DATEV Online application before scanning the QR code. DATEV will never ask you to scan the QR code from another source, such as emails, other applications, or apps. If you accidentally scanned the QR code elsewhere, log out of browser sessions in the SmartLogin App settings.</li>
  
  <li>Make sure to use the App-Login feature only with officially approved apps by DATEV. You can find information about partners and verified apps on the DATEV Marketplace.</li>
